My error, great customer service!
From order to receipt of the case it was less than a week, to receive it NZ. When I opened it and realised that I had ordered the wrong Samsun version for my phone. I emailed right away to admit I had made a mistake and the Burga team were super awesome with the instructions for me to make a return. I promptly prepared the parcel to return it (International Courier), photographed the customs declaration and the package and sent it off. Within a couple of days I had tracking for the replacement package and a few days after that, I received the correct case. The cases are great quality too, my phone looks awesome and feels great in my hand. Make sure you order a matching Ring to attach to the back of your case, I have the gold version and LOVE it!
