Orders take 2-3 days to process before being dispatched. Please note that delivery times don’t include these processing days.
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Lithuania. The deliveries are fully tracked—from our door to yours.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While most deliveries arrive on time, occasional carrier delays can occur. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow up to 10 additional business days for delivery before contacting our customer support team. Standard: 4-9 business days after dispatch
Priority: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Express: 2-3 business days after dispatch
With Standard Delivery, your order will be delivered by your local postal service.

Customs/import fees are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by the country's regulations to which the goods are delivered to.
TRACKING
All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing delivery information.

If you have ordered multiple items, and your order contains Magnetic Power Bank(s), Magnetic Power Bank(s) will be dispatched separately from the rest of your order. An additional shipping fee may apply.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.
